We are investigating a reported issue with connecting to some library resources via MyResNet (the wireless provider in university housing).
Access from all other on-campus and off-campus networks, including the 24-hour labs in every dorm, remains available.

We are investigating an issue where records imported to RefWorks from Search@UW are missing their title.
In the meantime and as a workaround, titles can be added manually by editing records within RefWorks.

We are working with our vendor to diagnose and fix a reported problem wherein some pages are displaying special characters (i.e., a page of garbled text) instead of the desired content.
Effected sites include Annual Reviews and The New England Journal of Medicine, when access from off campus.
The issue appears to be limited to certain web browsers.
If you experience such a problem, please let us know and we can send you any articles if necessary.

The JSTOR website is currently experiencing connection issues with downloading PDFs. The vendor is working on this problem.
