Off-campus access

We are actively troubleshooting a reported issue with our remote authentication server. Connections to library resources from off-campus may be unavailable.

1Login Unavailable

We have reported problems with the campus single sign-on system (1Login). This may effect your ability to access library subscription content from off campus, as well as any service requiring you to log in with your ePanther ID.

We have reported problems with the campus single sign-on system (1Login). This may effect your ability to access library subscription content from off campus, as well as any service requiring you to log in with your ePanther ID.

UPDATE on November 8, 2018 at 8:26 AM: We have received word that restarting your computer should fix this problem.

Search@UW

Search@UW is currently unavailable. Our provider states, “We are doing everything we can in order to restore the service as soon as possible.”

UPDATE on October 17, 2018 at 8:16 AM: Service has been restored.

MyResNet

We are investigating a reported issue with connecting to some library resources via MyResNet (the wireless provider in university housing).

Access from all other on-campus and off-campus networks, including the 24-hour labs in every dorm, remains available.
