We have reported (to Identity and Access Management) an issue with some new student ePantherIDs not working with the library’s off campus access system. Access to library resources from on campus, including the computers in the library, remains available.

Our group room reservations system is currently unavailable. The problem has been reported to our vendor.

Our vendor will be upgrading the ILLiad server we use on the morning of January 7, 2019. The system will be unavailable for up to three hours, starting at 7AM.
Ebook Central will be offline for maintenance during the following times:
- January 5 at 11:00am – 1:00pm
- January 19 at 9:00pm – January 20 at 5:00am

We are actively troubleshooting a reported issue with our remote authentication server. Connections to library resources from off-campus may be unavailable.
UPDATE on November 16, 2018 at 10:15 AM: This issue is now resolved.
We have reported problems with the campus single sign-on system (1Login). This may effect your ability to access library subscription content from off campus, as well as any service requiring you to log in with your ePanther ID.
