Off-campus access to PDF versions of articles is currently problematic in multiple browser configurations. On campus access and viewing the web version of articles are uneffected. As a workaround, you may use the “Save Link As” function in your browser. We have reported this issue to our vendor.
UPDATE on June 23, 2016 at 2:17 PM: Due to a configuration change, this issue is now resolved.
UPDATE on January 21, 2017 at 3:57 PM: We are again investigating this issue. The workaround described above will work in the meantime.
